for AI projects
IT Project and Process Manager (m/f/d)
You support our customer projects from requirements gathering through to day-to-day use. You analyse processes in workshops, manage planning and releases, and deliver AI training for our customers. No programming is required.
for our AI platform
IT Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)
You support new customers as they get started: setup, training, and the first weeks of operation. After that, you are the first point of contact for questions, advise on expanding workflows, and pass customer feedback on to our product development team.
for AI applications
Software Developer (m/f/d)
You develop AI workflows, interfaces, and user interfaces for our platform. This includes intelligent search with RAG and vector search, as well as integrating language models with testable results. You work with Python, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL. This position is suitable for both entry-level and experienced candidates.
Knowledge Graphs & generative AI
AI Developer (m/f/d)
You model knowledge from documents and systems as a knowledge graph so that generative AI can work with it reliably. You develop agents and retrieval, test new models and methods, and integrate the results into our platform.
